10 Really Great Reasons To Get Out Of Bed

We've all been there. It's easy to fall into the trap of staying in bed, feeling unproductive and unmotivated in life - so here are 10 really great reasons to get out of bed today. 


1. You have the same amount of hours in a day as Beyonce. And you don't see her slaying the world from the comfort of her own bed.

2. There are people who care about you who want to spend time with you.

3. You could have a really, really nice breakfast. And a big strong cup of coffee.

4. That lipstick and new dress isn't going to wear itself.

5. It's almost Spring. Which means blue skies, flowers, lighter mornings...

6. There are people in the world who cannot physically get out of bed. You have the ability to - so use it.

7. There is so much to do today. Go and learn something new, visit somewhere for the first time, see that friend you've been meaning to meet up with.

8. Somewhere there is a huge sale, and you could grab some bargains.

9. Getting out of bed is the first step towards getting stuff done and following and fulfilling your dreams.

10. Your bed will still be there at the end of the day.
