3 Christmas Presents For Tricky People

Buying the perfect Christmas present for a tricky friend or family member can be quite the task. What do you buy that awkward person who already has everything you could think to buy them? Forget boring deodorant sets or packs of socks, Ive got you covered.

1. A Subscription Box
There are so many great subscription box services around now, and there's something for absolutely everyone. Think craft boxes, beauty boxes, food boxes... the themes are endless! You could even subscribe to a pet box so that their pet receives monthly treats and care packages. Subscribing to a subscription box service is also perfect because your friend will receive a little something every month - much more exciting than just opening one present on Christmas Day!

2. Name a Star
What do you buy the person who has everything? A star! That's one thing I'm pretty sure they won't have. Buying your friend/family member a star is the perfect gift idea. On Star Name Registry you can ensure that the star you buy and name is visible from the UK, and you can also turn your star into a gift set. This includes a silver certificate frame presented in a lovely box which you can give your tricky friend on Christmas Day. What's better than having a star named after you?!

3. Adopt an Animal
Not only is this gift a good one for those tricky people, it also really helps too - and can be from as little as £3 a month with WWF! By adopting an animal, you will be helping to protect some of the world's most vulnerable animals. And there are plenty of animals to choose from - from snow leopards and elephants to dolphins and tigers. You'll also receive a members' pack, panda pin badge and three issues of the WWF action magazine in a year. Get adopting!

  3. I love taking the time to give personalised gifts - even to those tricky people! I like these ideas for those tricky ones as it's still quite more personal than the old gift card or something else generic. At least you can give them something that they enjoy (subscription box) or something near and dear to their heart (adopting an animal). Good tips! x

  5. My boyfriend is the tricky one to buy for and I always go or a mug lol I have suggested two of the options and he said not to bother and I was going to buy him the lord title and he said no. Slippers and a pipe this year I think as he seems to be turning into a grumpy old man haha.
