1. So. Much. Football.
If they're not playing FIFA on their Xboxes then they're watching live games in the lounge - and making loads of noise whilst doing so. Football always gets priority over Made In Chelsea (boo!), and each boy supports a different team which means there are a lot of games to watch.
2. They can fix and carry stuff.
Living with seven guys means tasks like carrying out heavy crates of recycling glass or changing the lightbulbs on our high ceilings are taken care of. As they are taller and stronger, us girls can't be expected to struggle with the heavy stuff.
3. Messy is an understatement.
When did it become so difficult to put a pizza box in the bin after using it? If the kitchen isn't covered in dirty plates and pans, the lounge is covered in empty beer cans and kicked-off trainers.
4. I feel safer sleeping.
Coming from a teeny tiny village on the coast in Wales means living in the hustle and bustle of a big city can sometimes seem a little bit daunting. Living with seven guys, however, puts all my worries to rest as they are each protective and care about us and the house.

5. The toilet seat is permanently up.
One of my absolute pet hates about living with so many boys is the toilet seat situation. Gone are the days where I could wander into the bathroom to be greeted by a clean toilet with the seat down and a full roll of toilet paper. Instead there's pee on the seat and always an empty roll.
6. They are always up for a laugh.
Potentially my favourite thing about living with seven of my best guy mates is the fact that there is always someone around to hang out with and have a laugh - and I've really come to love their boyish (sometimes immature) humour.

Hmm quite a mix there! Not sure I would enjoy it - my Husband is enough to handle! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a lot of fun but sometimes can be a little annoying! I'm quite a girl's girl so love having girls around :)
DeleteThe toilet seat thing would annoy the poop out of me! Bad enough when the hubby does it

Haha yes it is very annoying - and where does all the loo roll go?!
DeleteLiving with 7 boys must be fun. I live with 2 and there is no dull moment here.
ReplyDeleteIt is!!! I absolutely love it, despite their annoying little habits!
DeleteThe toilet seat up is the worst my brother always does it!! Boys are definitely funner to live with though :)

Yes I agree - although they can be annoying, they are definitely more fun.. and less drama!
DeleteI completely agree, and I only lived with three while I was in uni!
